Are you struggling with Stress and Overwhelm?

But instead of just struggling on.

What if you could overcome the constant Tiredness and Fatigue, and use your Stress to help you?

No one wants to struggle from day to day, we want to rise to the challenge and achieve more and really live and enjoy life?

In my early 40’s I ended up in Hospital for a week almost Burnt-out. Even though I was in the role I loved and had many years experience working in a busy Healthcare environment.

Because I was experienced with working in a high pressure environment I thought that it would protect me from Fatigue, Stress and Burnout.

I was wrong.

But I didn’t want to struggle with this throughout the rest of my career.

After much thought I came to realise that my training as a Clinical Biochemist and my lifelong interest in Bioenergetics, Endocrinology and Nutrition could help.

Over several years and much research I developed a system to help maintain High Energy throughout the busiest of days and which also allowed me to thrive under high pressure.

Initially I started to help colleagues and friends and then more and more Clients. Over a period of 8 years I developed and optimised the system, now known as ‘Metabolic Conditioning’.

We’re all faced with increasing deadlines and challenges in our lives and when our workload increases our usual response is to ‘put in more time’. How many times have you been the last to leave at 10pm?

Unfortunately there’s only so much time, 168 hours in a week and we do need time to rest and sleep.

At its simplest level ‘Energy is the capacity to do work’.

But the Human Body is amazing and we can actually train to increase capacity. Once we start to do this we also start to develop resilience.

After I started to get feedback from Colleagues and Clients, such as ‘you’ve given my life an amazing Boost’, which is how I came to name my website, I realized that I could help people with something that we all struggle with throughout our lives.

I’ve spent over 30 years working in acute Hospital Laboratory Medicine which I thoroughly enjoyed but it’s been surpassed by my passion and interest in the development of a system that can really help people change and improve their lives.

It’s really the culmination of my life’s work and is what’s led me here today.

It’s why I do what I do.
